Tween &Teenage girls are at a very crucial time in life.  

The shift from parents to peers is taking place & emotions are hitting new heights!

This is an important time to empower them in self-love and compassion, healthy relationships and boundaries, standing in their voice and choose their own life which are all vital pieces to living a life in purpose and

at the CAUSE of life not the effect!

This group setting offers genuine community where the girls feel empowered as they come together to quiet the noise and face their limiting beliefs and start to hold firm in who they are.  Your daughter will learn what she truly values at the core,

gain self-confidence and understanding in how to set healthy boundaries.  Through mindfulness and self-conpassion, she will build confidence

when realizing she is not alone.

This group explores  the core "WHO am I", what do I value, breaking free of things holding them back and stepping forward with awareness  & motivation of where they are heading producing external results in all areas of their life.
